Help me

So for a hot minute now I've been tryna lucid dream, it was like every few months, but for the past month I've been REALLY wanting to, and yet I couldn't.

Some factors I think are affecting positively or negatively are: 1. I journal my dreams on Microsoft word, they are really long and I remember every detail everytime I read. 2. I day dream a lot, like A LOT my daydreams are very vivid, and i do it on command too! I just stare, than whallam, I'm in my own world. I can see vivid imagery (not like 'see' see I'm still awake like in school) or hear shite, I'm even able to imagine whole scenes, clips or imaginary animations! 3. I really love my imagination, and I REALLY want to lucid dream so I can TRULY interact, like going on the Starfall islands in Sonic Frontiers! 4. I also wake up every day at 5-6am for prayer, than back to sleep. But for some reason, I just can't get lucid. I don't know why, I tried different techniques, do I have to be awake longer? Do I need to do techniques like WILD better? Cause I never really understood it. I tell myself before I sleep "I'm gonna lucid dream" or I just try to focus on smth. But I think it's most likely cause I have a little fea rof ANYTHING slightly going wrong, than it turns to a lucid nightmare, or I just don't stay awake long enough (3-6 mins and I'm barley awake through them)

Also this ain't really relevant, like at all. But one time I woke up and I felt like a bug guy, having 4 eyes and 4 arms, 2 antenna, barley awake, but I felt the extra weight before going back to sleep
