We were quoted to have our beige travertine tiled pool deck cleaned and sealed, along with several cracks repaired. The cracks were "repaired" and it looks like the technician simply filled the crack with an off-white colored grout and called it a day. I expected matching of tile colors and blending of the material so that it doesn't stand out. Are my expectations too high?

in other words...are white people held to higher admission standards than people of color?
