Anyone starting CPL in 2026? Looking to connect + FTO advice
Hey everyone, I’m planning to start my CPL journey and I’m currently in the process of researching FTOs, costs, timelines, aircraft availability, etc. There’s a lot of information online and honestly it gets confusing because every school says they’re the best.
I’d love to connect with people who are planning to start CPL this year or next year so we can discuss things together, compare FTOs, share updates, and help each other avoid mistakes.
Also, for people who are already in training or have completed it — which FTO would you genuinely recommend and which ones should I be careful about? I’m more interested in real experiences (delays, hidden costs, flying hours/month, instructor availability, aircraft maintenance, placement support) rather than brochure information.
