Ich habe seit einem der letzten Windows Update keine Leistung mehr auf pc. Wenn nix gestartet ist hängt es und in spielen wo ich vor dem Update noch bis zu 70 Fps hatte, habe ich jetzt nur noch 20fps.

Since one of the recent Windows updates, my PC has completely lost its performance. It lags even when nothing is running, and in games where I used to get up to 70 FPS before the update, I now only get 20 FPS. Please help.
