Salary on Job posts

I just saw an ad from RocketLabs on reddit for open engineering jobs.

https://www.reddit.com/u/ItsActuallyRocketLab/s/NWwJif9x3k

The base+compensation on most of these jobs are around 100k. And the Senior Engineers are mostly under 200k.

These are people who have aerospace engineering degrees, with experience.

How can they attract talent at these salaries? If these people have student loans, it's barely a livable wage in some of the cities.

I know there are probably a ton of existing employees who are multi-millionaires from the options and IPO. But these new hires no longer have the upside of the stock options, or the handcuffs..

What am I missing?

No Seed Oil vs Reduced Seed Oil?

I'm curious how many people in this sub fall into these groups.

A) Removed seed oils from diet. Including eating out. Read all labels, etc.

B) Reduced seed oils from diet generally by replacing cooking oils and high seed oil foods at home, but not all food at home, and try to limit when going out to eat.

C) Reduced seed oils at home by replacing cooking oil and maybe some worst offenders, and avoid things like fried foods at restaurants but don't go as far as reading labels, etc.

And further questions:

  1. Did you do this because of a health issue? did it resolve the issue?
  2. How long did it take before you noticed a difference?
  3. Does your spouse hate you now (just kidding).
