First off, none of this is to deny antisemitism or to downplay it. This article looks at the very bogus unscientific methodology of the ADL's kindergarten level research on antisemitism which it uses to draw sweeping generalizations.

I cant see how this bunk "research" and outright intellectual dishonesty about its misleading revelations on the kind of platforms it is granted actually helps stopping antisemitism. They seem to invest more in spreading its faulty conclusions across friendly media where its lazy research isn't even scrutinized. A lot of people have the unmisteken impression that every time Greenblatt appears on their screen he's going to lie and this isn't exactly advancing the ADL stated purpose.

This "database" is a list of some reported anonymous incidents that the ADL chooses to select as fitting its definition of antisemitism. It's no where exhaustive and many reported incidents are strangely selected. A toddler could do better.

Criticism of Israeli actions and policies and Zionist ideology is definitely necessary and just. But what is it with getting conspiratorial linking Israel to events like 911 or the alleged attempted assassin of the US president?

I dont defend israel. What we know israel has done in the name of Zionism is enough to be irredeemably condemned. That is genocide, ethnic cleansing, apartheid, occupation, bringing perpetual instability and conflict to its neighbors, it's weaponizatiom of antisemitism and doing great harm to its own alleged people.

Isn't that enough? Never to defend Israel, but these tangents into bizarre conspiracies don't address the real crimes israel needs to be criticized for.

Conspiracy theories only work to divert and discredit antizionism and pro-palestine as a movement for justice, peace, and freedom for all and work to the benefit of Zionism.
Because of how blatantly evil the manifestation of Zionism in israel has been, the stage was set to draw deserved universal ire, but this is what Zionism feeds on to maintain its reactionary policies and ideology and gives it the veneer of credence.

If an allegation is to be made it must have concrete evidence, even seemingly far-fetched, aa in the evidence of real false-flags like Zionists bombing public places across the middle east pre-Israel or arming dissidents to stir up rebellion in various countries . Not to take israel off the hook but to keep them on the hook for the evil they are verified to do.
