I remember the first few months when I had tinnitus, the first 5 minutes I woke up from sleep I had no ringing. these where the most quiet 5 minutes I had. And then I could hear it coming back slowly.

Nowadays its just tinnitus all day (even directly waking up) Has anyone experienced this too, or am I the only one?
