500lbs club?
Hello, I am a 14 year old boy at 160lbs. I started lifting about 3 months due to track season. I was wondering if a 155lbs bench, 195 squat, and 210 deadlift is good for doing 2 full body workouts a week and doing 6 days of cardio (swimming, biking, and running ofc).
School is ending soon and my friends who also lift said that we need to lift over the summer and they were surprised that i lift this weight when we were talking about how much we can lift. Is this hard to achieve or something?
