Rate & Critique My Photos Please

I'm a very amateur photographer, dont know the rule of 3 or anything technical. I'm self taught, shooting what I like that I see on my canon EOS R50. I started about 11 months ago. Please let me know if I do actually have an eye for this or if they're actually really bad photos and my friends are just hyping me up to be supportive. I also haven't done any touch ups on these photos, the most manipulation thats been done is changing up the brightness and contrast and saturation. No filters, no ai , nothing. Just me and myself playing around with my camera iso settings. What do you think?

PM wanted in Albany, NY

Ive been retained by fantastic company for a new project starting soon and am on the look out for a construction PM in or near to or willing to relocate to Albany, NY (relocation assistance is provided) if you know of anyone looking, or if that person is you - I would love to give a few more details and have a quick chat. Starting salary - 100-160k or more depending on experience, medical dental and vision, 3 life insurance disability policies, 401k company match, sign on bonus, travel incentives and more.
Looking for at least 2 years experience, but juniors are also an option for APM role.
