I found that i really enjoy having different journals for different purposes, and i'm curious of everyone else's systems. i don't think i can be one of those poeple that put everything in one journal, i really admire the people that do though.
so what system do you have ? how many journals/notebooks do you have ?
Hi, i'm studying abroad so i don't have access to therapy, but some master students at my uni have a thing where i basically get free therapy in exchange for them to practice being a therapist (with supervision).
so i had my first actual session the other day and we talked about emotional regulation, and as a small homework assignment, they asked me to answer some basic question by writing them down on paper (like what am i feeling, why? that sort of thing) and i already kind of do that in my regular journal, but in a more non structured way.
so i was wondering if i should have a seperate notbook to answer these questions when i need to, or just do it in my regular journal.
So i wanted to ask what do you do if you go to therapy and also have those kinds of homework given to you
