ECE to OCT Bachelors of education,

To work with older children, I need my OCT. Now that I've graduated, I see that during my first semester of college (Covid, freshman, family deaths), I got 2 zeros instead of dropping the course (didn't know I could). My GPA is 72, although I don't like that the zeroes are seen but does anyone really see it or is it more of a pass or fail thing? Can I do anything about that? I graduated with honours this last semester. I am disabled, so doing a full 4-year bachelor's at 40% course load will take me a lifetime, so I'm looking at 16-month programs, but I am confused as to whether I qualify, where I should go, and who I can ask? Any advice is welcome.
