What do folks do with their RSUs? hold or sell it and diversity into VOO/QQQ?

I was lazily considering an MBA and i looked at Stanford and Harvard. Stanford MBA comes out to 275k for 2 years. I am not rich enough to fork 275k from my pocket. So assuming a loan with interest of 8%, in 5 years, i end up paying around 375 k, which is 7k per month loan payment. The fraction of people who end up with 450-500k salary would be small. Assuming 250k salary, 7k is a lot of money. I don't see a lot of upside. Is my math wrong? or am i being myopic?
