Hi guys

I'm a student at IISER and decided to take physics as my major, I want to pursue a PhD later in my life do some research work and then become a professor at a university, there are certain things I need advice on

Should I stay in India after my masters or go abroad, or should I do my PhD abroad and come back to India or just settle somewhere outside of India

How should I approach for a good phd opportunity outside India. Any particular country where it is easy for a physics phd?

Also later after my masters I decide not to do a PhD, then how will I fit into the job market?
