Thoughts/feedback on my jump plz
7.5 months post injury, non op. Because of LIFE (kids, move, work) I’ve honestly not been the best at rehab but starting to feel strong now. Haven’t done a lot of plyo but thought I should record it to review symmetry. Haven’t started jogging quite yet, but think it’s time now. Doing my single calf raises with 25kgs weight (+80kgs bodyweight obviously).
Plz ignore the mess and my worn out socks lol
