What's wrong with my epoxy floor
We had the Rust-Oleum garage epoxy floor done by a contractor. The chips feel crunchy underfoot and flake off, they feel like they are just sitting on top of the painted floor. What happened here? And most important question, can we just add a clear epoxy coating to this to seal the chips in? Or does this need to be completely redone?
