One of our players has unfortunately had to quit team CS so we are now looking for a strong AWPer OR Anchor player.

• Pracc 4 nights a week after 18:00 CEST + 1 weekend day
• Pref 2.5k+ elo (pre-reset) OR previous team xp in inters (all 4 of us have played multiple inters seasons)
• Good English
• No ego, will listen, discuss issues like an adult (pls)

While we are certainly a bit of a system team, for the AWP role i really want someone who is confident in calling their own plays with the ability to take over a game here or there when they're feeling it, while still being able to fall back into the system where needed.

For anchors, we are open to trialling Big or Small anchors as our current player is flexible on CT, but ideally wants someone who can take over the primary lurk roles on T side.
