Does my future ex wife have claim to a joint rental property in Pennsylvania ?
I bought a rental property that I Co-Own with my sister in 2020. We fixed it up and began renting it in January of 2023. I got married in October of 2023. What would she be entitled to during the divorce in regards to this property?
