What should I do next
I was denied secondary claims (unable to establish baseline) however, I provided evidence (PT documents treating the problem and a nexus letter linking the service connected injury to my current issues) and was still denied. Currently going through VA for more PT. Additionally** I did not see Nexus mentioned under evidence, but I did see the PT documents.
Second claim denied was migraines secondary to anxiety. I honestly do not believe the C&P examiner did very well asking question and didn't really care to see my migraine/anxiety log. I'm already service connected for MH and anytime I get anxiety attacks (numerous times a month) I get the most debilitating migraines. I am hoping to get seen through VA Neurology to establish a diagnosis.
Anything else you guys suggest I do?
