Charles River Associates (CRA) Full time new grad interview process

Hi all, I recently applied for the Consulting Associate role at CRA and wanted to get a sense of what the process looks like before I go further.
A few things I'm trying to figure out:
After submitting the application, is there an online assessment or any kind of test first, or any recruiter screening call?
If there's a recruiter call, what kinds of questions do they usually ask? Is it more behavioral/fit? How to best prepare for that?
If it skips straight to a first round interview instead, what does that round typically look like? Case interview, behavioral, or a mix of both?
Any tips on how to prepare, particularly anything specific to CRA's style or focus areas (litigation, antitrust, economic consulting, etc.)?
Would really appreciate hearing from anyone who's gone through the process recently, even a rough breakdown of the stages would help a ton. Thanks in advance!

AlphaSights Associate Process- any tips?

Hi all! I'm applying for the Client Service Associate role at AlphaSights and just got moved to the HeyMilo AI-assisted interview stage.
Has anyone gone through this recently? A few things I'm trying to figure out:
How long does the interview typically run?
Roughly how many questions should I expect?
Is it more behavioral, situational, or a mix?
What kind of candidate are they looking for- how should I position myself?
Any tips on what to focus on for prep?

Just trying to prep well and make a strong impression. Any insight appreciated!

Networking

How do you all stay in touch with people after an initial coffee chat — especially folks you cold-reached via LinkedIn or email in finance/consulting? I’m curious what actually works to keep the connection genuine over time, so that when the moment comes, they actually remember you and are willing to help or refer you. What’s the culture like in the US?

McKinsey R1

Messed up my first case, second interview went ok. Any idea of how soon I’ll hear back? What’re the chances of getting R2? PEI I’d say went good for both.
