Feelin flat as a newly qualified sparkle.
Been qualified for almost a year now and still making dumb mistakes. Feel like I’ve got imposter syndrome/still feel like an apprentice.
For those that have been in the game for a while, what do you do to overcome the struggle? Feel like if I fuck up @ work I’ll be flat all week.
