Started a new job, currently going through training as it’s in an industrial field doing mechanical/ instro tech stuff. Once I’m competent they’ll move me to the arvo shift being 4pm-12. Has anyone done a similar shifts, how’d you like it and what did it effect. I’ve been doing 7-3 +ot give or take for the last 5 years.
