I been skateboarding 5 years ago and i was a mongo skater now I returned back to skateboarding I need advices should I change how i skate i just tried to skate how usally skateboarders do but i feel uncomfortable 🫪🙂🥹 and can someone recommend a skateboard that is good I'm having a trouble to find a good one

I was used to skate on my old board it was just some cheap store board but now i got an better new board but i can't even stand on it feels to fast and high any advices how can I get used to the board 🫪
