Plantar Fasciitis to Heel Fat Pad Atrophy

I just got diagnosed with heel fat pad atrophy. What kinds of things have help folks who have this? I’m in Ontario and am trying to find some kind of provider that does dermal fillers in the heel or fat grafting. Does these procedures exist in Ontario or Canada? I can’t seem to find any.

Aside from strengthening and orthotics, what else can I do? What supplements might be helpful? Any other treatments?

Looking For: Nice weather resistant flats or leather boots that can accommodate custom orthotics

I have had plantar fasciitis for over a year now and while I’ve been able to get along ok with my custom orthotics and sneakers (New Balance 860), I want to be able to wear some shoes that are better for fall and have some water resistance. I love looking stylish so having plantar fasciitis really has put a damper on things.

Does anyone have any recommendations for women’s flats or loafers or leather booths that are water resistant, comfortable and can fit a chunky orthotic?

Last year I bought some Clark’s loafers but they’re a bit on the chunky side and are not water resistant. I also bought a pair of platform doc Martin boots, but they’re not super comfy even with the orthotics.
