Life is a balance of enough self to act and enough openness to belong

I was reading something about people worrying "where the 1 is" in music compositions. I connected that with following a determined grid and the opposite; ego dissolution. Then I thought about why humans are attracted to these ideas and what's the point of wanting to have a dissolved ego. I realized that life actually exists in a balance of the dissolution of self and the sterile abstract life which is disconnected from immediacy. That's because only being in one of those states would be meaningful and unpercieveable. Then I thought about human conversations, dancing, music, team sports and how they make us feel emotionally real. They create a good balance between separate minds and completely dissolving individuality.

Then I came up with an idea that our reality is a simulation for some higher mind. That some mind entity is playing a videogame where they need to find the perfect balance od both sides in to win against their friend Jake. It's cool to think about, but there is a caution. Emotionally powerful ideas can be turned into reality by the mind which can make you ESCAPE THE SIMULATION.
