Choices between 2 Cars and Haggling Advice

Our family has decided on the GHHL with the panoramic view monitor and the bench seat and we have 2 options and I'm not sure which of these are a good deal and what I should be specifically requesting for off of.

I've heard that people like to haggle 2k-3k off MSRP. I've also heard that it might be a possible to ask for the removal of the port installed options (PIO's)? Any advice would be helpful!

Note: The first image is OTD for Vehicle 1, and the last three images altogether are the OTD for Vehicle 2.

Panoramic View Monitor (PVM) or Not?

Our family has been looking for a Grand Highlander Hybrid and we've gone into test drive a vehicle. We noticed that the PVM is really helpful for parking (especially in the garage), especially for my mom. I've been looking around the area (PNW) for dealers and they are really hard to get ahold of.

Without optioning for the PVM we would be very happy getting the XLE hybrid (50k MSRP) over the GHHL (60k MSRP) which is 10k less. Is it worth getting the GHHL for 10k more, and would it be easier to get a hold of XLE's?
