Hi everyone, I recently bought an iPod Shuffle 2nd generation in excellent condition with the original box, charger, and earphones, everything looks almost brand new.

However, the battery doesn’t seem to work. When I plug it in, the LED blinks green, then orange, and then turns off completely. After that, it doesn’t blink anymore.

I left it charging overnight but the issue remains. Has anyone experienced this before? Is it likely a dead battery, or could it be something else?
