Replacement unit also failed within a year — disappointed with long-term durability- Headphone Zone
Bought an earphone from Headphone Zone last year because of the premium reputation around the platform.
The original unit failed and was replaced under warranty. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also failed within a short period due to the connector/soldering assembly coming out from the earpiece side during normal usage.
To be fair, the support team was polite throughout and offered a discount on another purchase, but after facing the same issue twice, I personally do not feel confident buying again.
Sharing this for awareness in case anyone is considering the product for long-term usage.
