Low PSA but new pain

My father got diagnosed with stage iv prostate cancer in the month of October 2025 and had a PSA of 34 at diagnosis. From then, he has been taking Lupron and Zytiga with radiation sessions that ended in February 2026. This has dramatically decreased his PSA to 0.10. I’ve read that psa going down is good and means cancer is dying while spread is halting. However, today my father says he has been experiencing pain in his tailbone for the past week where the pain is on and off. Could this be related to cancer despite the low PSA?

Thanks
