Question regarding schooling at a later age in life.

What is the practical time to complete a law degree of any kind as a 30 year old male that works full time with a child? So basically I would essentially go "Part time". Could I finish before age 40? I've worked hard job's my entire life for multiple marriages and being 30 is hitting hard physically and mentally. I dropped out of high-school at age 16 due to not understanding past/current mental problems, I got my GED a week later and started going to a technical college for my basics. I went for 3 semesters and had a 4.0 GPA. I've undoubtedly forgot basic things including grammer probably do to less reading and not alot of writing. Also at 30 im just nervous about going back to school and also how I can afford it? THANKS FOR ANY AND ALL ANSWERS

So basically I got a municipal ordinance long story short I have a probation revocation case going on the first one my attorney asked for a continuance the second one my charge wasn't out yet in the judge told my attorney we could deal with the charge first however it's been 5 months in my attorney didn't deal with it now my next court date is called a probation status hearing so I understand that I can't ask for a continuance but the judge can decide to do a continuance himself what is the likelihood that he will do that Beyond violate me
