Instead of "Great Aunt Birgit" and the laser tag, Saul should have assisted Walter and Skyler with buying into Beneke Fabricators. It would be a multi-staged process, firsts buying a stake in the business and quietly paying off Ted's back taxes. Ted would still run everything from the front, and Skyler would remain a bookkeeper in the office. The business already runs at a loss, so to keep afloat they can use more of the drug money. Eventually the business would grow as the income builds.
Pretty much it is a similar setup to Los Pollos Hermanos as the front company for Gus, with Madrigal Electromotive backing him up.
I know Saul tried the nail salon on Jesse, but he might have convinced him to buy the laser tag business as a way to launder his money. He could have employed his friends Skinny Pete and Badger to work there too.
