I’ve just reviewed the first sample. Even for shorts, the construction is incredibly complex—tailored like high-end trousers with numerous panels that require millimeter-precision adjustments.

Current Status:

• Refining Fit: I’ve marked the initial sample (see photos) for corrections on the front, back, and crotch alignment.

• Hardware: Confirmed. We are using the same custom molds as our formal trousers for consistency.

• Our Goal: Maintaining high-quality "fashion-house" construction while keeping the price balanced.

Following our backpack release, we’ve secured the large Explore messenger bag for development. It’s the perfect alternative for those who prefer crossbody styling over backpacks for travel or daily use.

• Premium Material: Crafted from the same high-texture buffalo leather as the backpack—a massive upgrade over last year’s nylon version.

I’m incredibly sorry to report a delay. I discovered a major flaw in the hardware: the original uses a three-piece mold, but our first batch was a single cast, making the side profile inaccurate.

The Fix:

• Total Rework: All 500 existing buckles have been scrapped.

• High Fidelity: New molds are being made to ensure 99% accuracy, specifically on the interlocking mechanics and plating color.

• New ETA: Shipping is pushed to mid-May.

This smoggy blue-grey color is very hard to get right. It has a slight purple tone, and our first sample didn’t fully capture it, so we’re still adjusting the color.

The shape, feel, and hardware are already correct. It comes with a strap (can be worn crossbody or carried by hand), fits a laptop, and is unisex.

It’s a beautiful bag with a moody, Paris-inspired look. We’re just perfecting the color—please stay tuned.
