it says its below average, but i am ready to pracice daily and try improving it. any joystick recommendations to buy and practice? which one do they use for adapt

hey everyone
im planning to apply for the indigo and air india cadet pilot program and i have around 5 months to prepare starting pretty much from scratch
would really appreciate help from anyone who’s been through the process or is preparing too
main things im confused about:
what exactly to study for math and physics and from where
how to prepare for aptitude / ADAPT tests
what aviation topics are actually important for interviews
what kind of personal interview / HR questions do they ask
how to prepare for class 1 medicals especially hearing/audio test
basically if you had 5 months and were starting from zero how would you prepare step by step
what would you focus on
what would you ignore
any books websites mock tests youtube channels anything helps
thanks a lot
