I was diagnosed with Crohn’s last year as severe had a bowel resection now on Skyrizi I was wondering is it possible that my severe status will ever go to mild?

I’m in my 20s been trying to get into a union apprenticeship for years but somehow never gets a chance because you need “sponsors”. But no one will hire it seems and I live in a major city I thought laborers or at least flagger would be easy to get into. Anybody can give me their testimony on how they got in?
