Does anyone know if something has changed on makeplayingcards.com that might prevent custom card uploads?

I'm looking to do another proxy deck through makeplayingcards.com but for some reason any of the custom cards I try to upload return a "the following images failed to upload" message.

• This is occuring with cards I've made on cardconjurer and mtgcardbuilder
• This is occuring with cards both with and without 1/8 border
• This is occuring on cards that are the appropriate file size
• This is NOT occuring with cards generated through MPCautofill
• This is occuring with cards I generated this week, cards I generated I year ago, and all BUT one set of the cards people have made online (presumbly also through the same card design sites)

It's very odd, as if the cards were being formatted incorrectly then the ones I generated a year ago should still upload fine (they uploaded without issue last year).

Is anyone else finding this right now, or is the issue likely on my end?
