Underpayment question
I’ve been through hell with odsp with supposed “income” - I got this letter after my husbands self employment review. I’m confused as from what I understand I’m not going to be getting the extra 4565 they supposedly owe me after paying the overpayment ? Is this what they are saying ? If so why would I not be getting it ?
