I even ate all low histamine foods yesterday and took Zyrtec to see if it would help at all… the first photo is this morning and the second was from yesterday morning. It feels warm, tight, and uncomfortable when I smile or move my mouth.

I never finished my accutane course (halfway through) and thinking that I should just go back on…. I can’t really tell if this is PD or hormonal acne.

I just can’t deal with this mess and watch every little thing I eat and do. Anyone used full course of accutane to treat? It worked wonders for me while I was on it, but sadly post 4 months I’m seeing this come up…
