Need a bit of advice, I started a self directed Roth IRA when I was younger 20s with Edward jones since it was all I knew. It’s in a couple of Hartford mutuals and has been performing well, which is good. But now that I am a little older and understand a bit more about the situation I’m in. I can see that I’m paying $75 bucks a year being with EJ and I’m not really getting any benefits with it. I guess my questions are should I just roll it over into a SoFi Roth IRA, that I’m doing my banking through or something like Schwab. I’m just not familiar with this process and don’t want to have to liquidate my position just to transfer. Any help would be much appreciated.
