Hi, I'm looking to purchase health insurance for my family. My parents have a lot of pre-existing conditions like diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, rheumatoid arthritis (mother) and my father suffered a Brain stroke in 2019. We're pretty much not able to find any provider based on our previous history. We contacted icici and they said based on medical team review of current reports, they may issue the policy.
We asked HDFC and as soon as they heard a brain stroke they said no.
Is ICICI Lombard a good option or are there any plans of other good companies which cover these pre-existing conditions even if the premium is higher. The cost doesn't matter, we're just looking for good insurance. Any recommendations?
