Okay so I'm about three weeks into tretinoin and I genuinely did not prepare myself for how rough the adjustment phase would be. My skin is tight, flaky, and a little angry, and I feel like every moisturizer I try is either breaking me out or just sitting on top without actually helping.

I've been going down a rabbit hole trying to figure out the best moisturizer to use with tret that won't make you peel even more or clog your pores, which feels like an impossible balance honestly. Especially since I'm also dealing with adult acne on top of trying not to age horribly, so I need something that actually works for both without being greasy or pore-clogging.

Has anyone found something that genuinely works? I've heard ceramide-heavy formulas are good, but I'm open to literally anything at this point. Bonus points if it's something that plays well with acne-prone skin since that's always my nightmare scenario. Would love to know what's actually worked for real people and not just dermatologist ads 🙏

Been using Fyxer for a few months but honestly the cost is starting to feel hard to justify, especially since it doesn't really learn my tone that well and I still end up rewriting most of the drafts anyway. So I'm genuinely looking for the best alternative to Fyxer that won't break the bank but still handles the heavy lifting.

Ideally something that works inside Gmail without forcing me to change my whole setup, and actually suggests follow-ups proactively instead of just waiting for me to ask. I also need something that drafts replies in my voice and actually reminds me to follow up with people before things fall through the cracks. Does anything like that exist?
