heading to taiwan for my first solo travel and just want to be prepared for anything that may happen; would be great to get some help:

- are there any apps i should download?
- (in general) what are some apps i shld download like maps or any train app?
- is there a direct hotline for tourists in case of any worries/help needed?
- general advice from anyone whos taiwanese or living in taiwan for long term and how u deal with natural disaster anxiety
