I just was released from surgery two Hours ago, denied the painkillers as i am not in pain but slightly nauseous also it still feels as if the bladder is still there but I can only assume that is surgery scar on my liver. The nausea comes and goes currently but i also feel the Gas and not sure what is narcotics and real nausea. My stomach is singing the Song of his people and grumbles.
I was admitted a day early due to a panic attack, first of my life, but hey all is well that ends well. Will keep you updated on food intake and feeling in here.
Edit:
1hr later Pain and nausea slowly Subsiding but coming in Waves
Would classify pain now as a clearly wound burn on the surgery area but if anything on the Level or a superficial Skin abrasion(I have three laparoscopic holes after all)
3 hrs later: walked around to take a pee and put on jogging pants all by myself but asked for one Vomex against nausea and a pain med for the surgery with the addition “don’t stress tho” it’s fairly bearable with just paracetamol and Vomex so far as I’d assume and the surgery area is fine. Most annoying is slight pressure in the shoulder causing nausea but that was an announced side effect by pretty much everyone here.
Fun fact we still use novamin here, i asked for pracetamol instead.
4hours in: pracetamol kicking in, bit hungry, mild nausea and only wound pain ✌️ my Lads and lasses i reckon this was the Right Choice to take.
Looking forward to a soon Kebab 🥙
6hours in: wife came by i vaped my venty, I’m much healthier than anticipated.
The thc seems to not bother me as much as it always does, I enjoy slight pain with paracetamol far inferior to the hell I lived in last Saturday.
12 hours in I asked if I can maybe go home tomorrow since paracetamol is available. I need no more Vomex. They say no, bad op, you need two days at least. I did a squat to show how amazing I am and pain free. Albeit slowly. I went for another venty after. I ate a banana and a “zwieback” welcome to Germany.
