Weed.th and og.th is a scam?
We've seen previous posts about this homepage and customers discussing that they have never actually received the online prescription they paid for. Furthermore, there are complaints about the prescription not being the actual pt33 prescription type mandatory for actual use and people are calling this homepage a scam.
As a shop manager, I would like to share my experiences with the company.
The chat button on the homepage indicates that eight individuals are currently online. However, despite initiating contact, I have not received any responses in 4 days.
Following registration and payment for the premium service intended to enhance our shop listing, I encountered system issues. I subsequently contacted customer support via Line, but have not received a response here also.
The shop listing cannot be manually updated, rendering the included POS system ineffective due to inaccurate listing information, and customer service has not assisted in rectifying this, as they have been responseless for 4 days now.
Please be advised that utilizing this service may result in significant financial outlays. Premium services commence at approximately $100 USD per month, with costs escalating considerably for multi-location deployments.
Multiple payment options are available, each incurring a 3% surcharge. The preferred payment method with 0% surcharge is Thai bank transfer, which, notably, does not offer a dispute resolution mechanism!
