I had pretty rough sex with my bf and i caused some irritation and microtearing and he later fingered me but I’m pretty sure afterwards I saw a flat wart on his finger. I looked into it and it said that it is possible for transmission to occur especially since there were open cuts but how likely is this risk actually?

what do i do from here? how unlikely is transmission to genitals? is it risky to continue what we’re doing?
I only just noticed it on my boyfriends finger (conveniently his right hand, middle finger the exact one he uses on me). i don’t know how long hes had it but hes touched me and fingered me multiple times a week and we’ve been dating for 4 months now.
