
Is there a reliable way to dispute ratings?
Haven’t gotten a non-5 star rating prior. Customer left an address to unit housing without leaving a unit number on 2 separate occasions. On both deliveries I messaged and called multiple times to get the correct unit # to no answer. After the delivery I get hit with this and knocks me from platinum. Can DD remove this? I shouldn’t be held in penalty for the customer giving poor directions and not specifying when asked multiple times.
