New to the gym

So I have just recently started the gym this week and my friend has made me an upper, lower and full body set I go 3 days a week for roughly an hour.

I done upper the other day and was doing like lat pull downs, hammer curls and bicep curls along with few other things, I get you’re going to be sore after it but the inside of my arms like where my elbow crease is has been aching for the last 2 days to the point I can barely extend my arms straight, is this normal ?

Any advice would be much appreciated!
