Why always I feel sick like I’m about to throw up but I don’t this feeling is ending me !!

Why I always I get anxious n anxiety attacks when I meet new people!!

I’m tried of this anxiety n emetophobia it’s getting worse I can’t make friends can’t eat or hangout even go to university my life is ruining by this
