Ever since the new patch, Tarkov became almost unplayable for me.

I’m getting massive stutters, random freezes and horrible FPS drops during raids. Sometimes the game feels smooth for a few seconds and then suddenly starts freezing again. I even had rollback/desync moments during fights.
At the end of the video, i ALTED and F4 and got rollbacked in stash. Like nothing ever happend...

Any suggestions what could be causing this?
