Potential ruptured eardrum?

Hi doctors! I'm 47F, overweight, multiple health issues including Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension with a VP shunt, Dysautonomia, POTS, Fibromyalgia and a few others that don't really apply to this situation.

2 days ago I turned my head to the left and my left hand kinda ran into my chin (I'm so clumsy and have tremors) and I heard a pop and had a warm fluid feeling within my ear and it hurts a lot.

I got a camera otoscope and was trying to see if my eardrum ruptured and this is what I got. Does it look like it ruptured and if it is, is there a reason to go to my Dr or find an ENT?

Thank you!!
