




Struggling to get knees lower
Working on this half leg-behind-the-head / half lotus variation.
My current goal is to bring the knee closer to the floor — almost there.
These are some of the prep poses I’m using to get there (the other images in this series)
The pose is quite comfortable but when getting the knees down I feel much more pressure in the neck.
