One of our manager has been experiencing a critical issue where most of his broadcast lists (BL) are disappearing on a regular basis, typically within 24–72 hours after the broadcast messages are being sent to the lists. we thought this BL get deleted by accident but it was not the case. we changed the contacts under these BL and are all in the contacts list and synched as well to WhatsApp contacts. We have done the basic thing as restart , clear cash, rebuild contact from Samsung contact numbers and names. this issue is getting very much irritated. Any support or someone has found this recently. welcome all feedback and guidelines you may offer.
